Firenze – Via delle Torri

Résumé
This recording were taken on a cloudy Sunday morning in via delle Torri, in the quarter of Isolotto, on the outskirts of Florence. This street is characterized by being close to a public park (Villa Vogel) and a big and busy road (via Canova). The result is a blend between the two soundscapes: birds, dogs and people slowly walking from one side, vehicles from the other. It is a somewhat alienating soundscape, like it were coming from a "middle earth" between countryside and metropolis.
